Maltose processes the following data: email address, name, country, order information and, for businesses, VAT number. Purposes: order fulfilment, access to the customer account, accounting and tax obligations and, if you sign up, sending the newsletter.
Recipients: Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (hosting), Brevo (email delivery). Bank details never pass through our servers.
Retention: billing data kept for 10 years (legal obligation); newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
