These terms govern the sale of digital content (PDF files, spreadsheets, templates, images) and of the Inkiloo Unlimited subscription offered on inkiloo.com by Maltose, 115 rue Carpeaux, 59650 Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France, SIREN 925 054 108.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Business customers established in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number are invoiced excluding VAT (reverse charge). For pay-what-you-want products, the customer chooses an amount from the minimum shown.
Payment is made by bank card or digital wallet through our payment provider Stripe. The order is final once payment is confirmed. Sales are reserved for customers located in the euro area.
Files are available immediately after payment, on the confirmation page, by email and in the customer account. Download links are valid for 30 days.
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. The customer gives this consent by ticking the box provided before payment. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the customer account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If a file is defective or unreadable, contact us at hello@inkiloo.com: we will replace it or refund you.
Files are licensed for personal, family or school use (your own class) or for your own business. Reselling, sharing and redistribution, even free of charge, are prohibited.
The monthly (€9.90) or yearly (€79) subscription renews automatically at each due date until cancelled. It gives access to downloads of the whole catalogue for its duration. A switch from the monthly to the yearly plan, requested from the customer account, takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; the yearly amount is charged on that date.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: NotreAccord Consommation, 132 rue Fondaudège, 33000 Bordeaux, France — www.mediation-consommation.notreaccord.com. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails. Français
